The BDC8 is a powerful, heavy-duty DC linear solenoid developed for applications where very high force is required. It is available in standard versions for pulling (PULL), pushing (THRUST) or combined PULL\/THRUST functions, as well as in a long-stroke version (LONG STROKE) for extended travel. The BDC8 is designed for use with DC voltage, with nominal power from 20W in continuous operation up to a full 200W at 10% duty cycle.<\/p>\n
The solenoid weighs 1.9 kg and has a plunger of up to 400 grams, which allows for very high force transmission \u2013 up to 28 kg depending on stroke length and power class. It has three M6 mounts at a 120\u00b0 angle and is prepared for both PULL and PUSH applications. As standard, it is supplied with 200 mm 20AWG flying leads. The entire design is customizable, including fasteners, push rods, lead lengths and plunger connectors.<\/p>\n
