SSD06-R5A
The SSD06-R5A is a 3-phase sensorless driver board specifically designed to drive Orbray's brushless micromotors in the BMN04-08XX and BMN07-12XX series. This compact control circuit is optimized for small motors without Hall sensors and offers stable performance in miniaturized systems.
The driver generates a Frequency Generator (FG) signal that delivers one pulse per revolution, allowing basic feedback on the motor's rotational speed. The direction of rotation (clockwise/counter-clockwise) is controlled via a simple low voltage signal, but may vary depending on the motor used. For example, one direction applies to the BMN04-08 series, while the opposite direction applies when installed with the BMS07-13 series.
SSD06-R5A is an efficient and space-saving alternative for sensorless operation of micromotors, perfect for applications that require low power consumption, easy integration and reliable speed control – for example in precision instruments, portable systems and medical technology.
