The BRS/BRT 12-15 is a high-performance brushless RC servo motor from Orbray, designed with coreless winding and built-in Hall sensors for precise position feedback. This model is equipped with sintered sleeve bearings and is specifically designed for applications that require fast response, high torque and reliable operation in a compact format.

The motor is available in two variants: BRS12-1503, the standard version with balanced performance, and BRT12-1502, a high-torque version for demanding applications. Both models operate at 7.4 V and reach speeds of up to 37,700 rpm. The output power is up to 7.4 W and the efficiency is up to 63%. The mechanical time constant is as low as 5.21 ms, which provides extremely fast acceleration and response - crucial for RC servo movements.

The motor has low friction and high accuracy thanks to its coreless design, combining low inertia with high efficiency. Torque reaches up to 7.68 mNm, and stall current is up to 4.32 A depending on the model. Back-EMF and torque constants are optimized for precise control at high speeds.

Please note that this model is not compatible with reduction gears. The motor weighs 10 grams and is intended for use in temperatures between -10°C and +50°C.

The BRS/BRT 12-15 is ideal for applications in RC models, robotics or other control systems where fast and precise motion control is crucial. Thanks to integrated Hall sensors and high precision, it works seamlessly in combination with advanced servo control systems.
